As some may already be aware, a "New Blues Club" (or as some prefer, the Light Blues Group) has been set up here at the Hall (established last year). This wonderful initiative has been championed by Bill Taylor and Phil Mantey and was set up for the benefit of all new masons who wish to meet, on an informal and social level, with other new masons but also to receive information about Freemasonry, ask questions, share thoughts and ideas etc in an informal atmosphere and receive guidance accordingly.
The meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month in the lounge at Corbridge Road Masonic Hall (7.30pm start). The meetings are open to all brethren who have not yet gained provincial rank. However, we would encourage all Lodge mentors to come along to offer their support and experience to the meetings.
For further information about the NEW BLUES CLUB contact Temple secretary, Bill Taylor or why not come along and attend the next meeting on Monday 13th January.
