Cramlington Town Under 11’s Football Team sponsored by Northumberland Freemasons

The Province of Northumberland gave the team a grant of £600 to purchase the football strips and the following is an acknowledgement of thanks received from them:

I would like to thank you so much for your kind sponsorship of the Cramlington Town Under 11’s Football Team’s new strips.  They are beautiful and very well made.  The tops are worn on match days, training days and in events such as bag packs, bucket shakes etc and has caught the attention of many people who have commented on the sponsor in a good way.  Below is a picture of the kids in their new tops taken on Sunday 14th March 2010.

In this picture we have also shown the banner which we had made to display at every football match to show yourselves how very proud and thankful we are of our sponsor.
We have won the last 5 games we have played and currently find ourselves in 3rd position in the league table.   On Sunday we played Longbenton and won 14 – 0 which was an extraordinary score, this is a great time for the kids and they are really gelling as a team and getting stronger and stronger by the week.  The current league they are in is the NABC league under 11’s.

As shown above you can see that the money donated to us by yourselves was spent on new training tops with a logo printed on the front, with our own club logo also shown.   The coach also purchased new shorts, new socks and new thermal skins which are worn underneath the tops to keep the kids warm during their matches.
We are in the process of raising money for their current football tournament in Blackpool of April this year and will be taking part in a bag pack within Sainsbury’s in Cramlington, Northumberland.  We also have a bucket collection at the Royal Quays on both of these occasions as well as any others we do we will take pride in wearing our training tops and showing off our sponsor.  Hopefully when we go to our tournament we should do well and I shall keep you updated with their progress.
We are very proud of the boys and hope we are doing yourselves justice in wearing the tops.  Once again thank you so much I cannot express how much you have helped us and how very grateful we are as a club to have people so generous as yourselves to help in the growth and development of the football team.

I will continue to keep you updated and I hope that the picture shows you how grateful we are. Thank you.
