Garden Party at Scarbrough Court

On Saturday 3rd July 2010, the Association of Friends of Scarbrough Court found the ideal opportunity during the Garden Party at Scarbrough Court to officially hand over the water feature as a donation to the Care Home.

Robert Warren, the Chairman of the Friends presented the water feature to Kevin Harris, the Director of Care Homes of Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution who later explained that it is already a firm favourite for all the residents when sitting out in the garden.

The guests, friends, staff and residents thoroughly enjoyed an excellent afternoon with wine, strawberries and music. The weather was extremely kind and everyone had a wonderful and happy time.

Finally the staff of Scarbrough Court wishes to thank to everyone concerned.
